By downloading, installing, or using the Translator application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

License

Translator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use.

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the application
  • Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the application
  • Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the application to third parties

Translation Services

Translator provides automated translation services using third-party APIs and services. While we strive for accuracy, translations may not be perfect and should not be used for critical or legal purposes without human verification.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the translation services.

User Content

You retain ownership of any text you translate using the application. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

We do not store or retain your translated content after the translation is complete, unless required for technical operation or legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Translator application, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Play Stone or its licensors.

The Translator name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Play Stone or its affiliates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAY STONE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICATION, IF ANY.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the application after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Play Stone operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
